While the Ducks organization believes in
the importance of hard work and skill development, we also think
there is a time for good old fun! Player development is and
always will be the focal point of our club, but we firmly
believe basketball and other extracurricular activities should
be fun and enjoyable. We believe a balance of hard work, skill
development, positive reinforcement, and fun is not only the
most effective method in bringing out the best in all players,
but also gives Ducks players the best possible experience with
our organization.
