About Us

The Mass Ducks organization prides itself in teaching the importance of teamwork, individual skill, hard work, and sportsmanship. Our goal as an organization is for our players to leave our program better people as well as better players. We, as an organization, believe positive reinforcement is an essential aspect of successful coaching. Even though winning is a major piece of a successful program, the primary goal of our organization is for all of our players to improve their individual and team-based skills. We DO NOT allow parents to coach their children. All our coaches are hand selected by program director Dan Norton.

The Mass Ducks organization also believes in the importance of education. We support all our players in their academics and express to them that they are student athletes, and the student comes first. The Ducks organization will gladly help our players in any way we can with their schoolwork or with their college endeavors upon request. We have had players from forty four towns/cities around Massachusetts including Abington, Boylston, Braintree, Bridgewater, Brookline, Canton, Cohasset, Dedham, Dorchester, Easton, Franklin, Hanover, Hanson, Hingham, Holbrook, Hopkinton, Hull, Marshfield, Medway, Milton, Needham, Norfolk, North Attleboro, Norwell, Norwood, Pembroke, Plymouth, Quincy, Randolph, Raynham, Rockland, Roslindale, Scituate, Sharon, Somerville, Stoughton, South Boston, Walpole, Wellesley, West Roxbury, Westwood, Weymouth, Whitman, & Wrentham.
